William T. Grant Foundation: Youth Service Improvement Grants – Due March 11 – “supports activities intended to improve the quality of services for young people ages 5 to 25 in the five boroughs of New York City.”
The Sillerman Center for the Advancement of Philanthropy: Generous U – Due March 13 – “national contest to increase awareness and involvement of students on college campuses about the importance and impact of philanthropy and philanthropic values. Student groups are invited to compete for the $10,000 Sillerman Prize and the Generous U title. One Runner-Up prize will also be awarded for $2,500.”
Ezra Jack Keats Mini-Grant Program for Public Libraries & Public Schools – Due March 15 – “awards of up to $500 given to public schools and public libraries for projects that foster creative expression, working together and interaction with a diverse community.”
World of Children Award – Due Apr 1 – “created to recognize and elevate those selfless individuals who make a difference in the lives of children here in the USA and across the globe, regardless of political, religious or geographical boundaries.”
World Hunger Leadership Challenge – Due Apr 17 – “to encourage middle and high school students to hone leadership skills by completing a service-learning project that solves hunger issues.”
